14 November 16:00-19:00Epicenter Oslo

How to build an international team out of your nordic company?

What is a strong international culture?

Building a company that is ready to become a local leader, versus an international player can be two very different things. But what can you do if you are already a local company, that wants to adapt to an international player?

Join our November Talent Smash to learn more about all the different elements that combines the international culture needed to become an international big player. During the session we will discuss things you should think about from the start, hear stories about what to do if you need to change, and discuss how to focus on international growth while maintaining a local strong culture.

Tickets to the event are free of charge, but seating is limited so reserve your ticket today. We want to continue to keep Talent Smash a free event, and as seating is limited we hope you change your RSVP should you be unable to join.

Who should attend?

Anyone that works as a leader, manager, or executive within a startups or scaleup that is growing and have plans to grow outside of the Nordics. Also, if you work with culture or HR this will be relevant.

The panelists will be revealed in week 44.
